Check-In / Check-Out:
Check-In time is 12 Noon (MST) and Check-Out time is 12 Noon (MST). If you intend to arrive before 12 Noon (MST), please notify our office and we will make every effort to have your campsite available. However, we can't guarantee its availability until 12 Noon (MST).

Deposit:
One night rate taken when reservation is booked.

Deposit - Holidays:
Entire reservation amount must be paid when reservation is booked.

Extra Person Fee
The campsite rates include FOUR (4) persons.
Additional persons will be charged.

Cancellations - Campsites:
We will return your deposit minus a $10 service charge if you cancel EIGHT (8) or more days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel less than SEVEN (7) days of your arrival date your full deposit is forfeited.

Cancellations - Holidays:
We will return your deposit minus a $10 service charge if you cancel THIRTY (30) or more days before your arrival date. We do not refund holiday deposits on cancellations made TWENTY-NINE (29) days or less of your arrival date.
Please make sure you schedule your holiday reservations carefully.

Cancellations - NO SHOWS:
Guests failing to contact us to cancel their reservation (with the required time, listed above) will be considered a 'NO SHOW'. 'NO SHOWS' are subject to the same cancellation policies.

Pets:
are welcome, but must be kept on leashes (max. of 6 ft in length) or inside at all times and must not be left unattended. No excessive barking allowed. Pets must be walked by a responsible person to pick up after them immediately.
Pets are not allowed in any American RV Park buildings. They can not be left outside. Pets not allowed in or near any buildings, bathrooms, pool or playground areas. They are prohibited due to health codes.

Ground Disposal
of any drain water (gray or black) is prohibited by State Law. Wastewater from RVs (including sink water) must be disposed of into sewer drains. Do not put grease down the sewer.

Sewer Connections
are required by State Law and must have a tight seal by a Sewer Donut (or Sewer Ring) or a screw-type connector.
